The Guaranteed Secured Master Card from Capital One is a basic secured credit card for persons requiring improved credit or a solidified credit history over time. The card charges highly competitive interest rates on purchases, balance transfers and cash advances. A balance transfer feature is available right during the application process allowing applicants who own high interest credit transfer such balance to the card account. Once transferred you will begin to pay less interest rates and save money.

An application accepted may require that you provide security funds to a minimum of $75 before you are allowed access to credit on your card. These funds can be provided by cheque or money order.
